All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Please ensure that you carefully select your item before completing your purchase.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for any claims regarding product defects or damages.
Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for any exchange or claim.
For hygiene and security reasons, earrings and customized jewelry pieces cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All approved claims will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
